Important notes need to apply before Liquidating your License
- Don’t cancel the company’s bank account until we refunded all Partner & Employees bank guarantees including the DEWA and Landlord security deposit, etc.
- All Employee or Partner needs to be in UAE to do the visa cancellation or if the employee is out of the country, UAE for more than six (6) months or the Partner is out of the country, UAE for more than one (1) year then the visa cancellation can be done while the person is out of UAE.
- All Employees and Partners need to cancel their under-sponsorship visa (ei. Housewife, Children, Housemaid) at the same time as their visa cancellation process.
- You should not cancel the Company bank account until the bank guarantee refund is received from Labour and Immigration.

- Zero Employees List- Labour
- Zero Employees List- Immigration
- Partner Visa Cancellation
- Cancellation of Establishment Card
- No File Certificate
- Dubai Court- Board of Resolution
- Initial Liquidation Certificate
- Cancellation of License- Tasheel Fees
- Company Liquidation- DED
- Newspaper advertisement for the Company liquidation notice
- Clearance letter from DEWA/FEWA/SEWA/ADDC
- Clearance letter from Etisalat/DU
- Clearance letter from the Customs
- Bank account closure and bank no liability certificate

Requirements for Liquidating/ Cancelling the company:
- Trade License Copy First & Second Page
- All Partners passport copy, visa page, and emirates ID front and back
- Local Partners passport copy and emirates ID front and back
- Ministry of Labour Company Computer Card Copy (Sample Attached)
- Original Immigration Establishment Card (Sample Attached)
- Immigration online account (username and password). (Sample attached)
- Original RSA token (sample attached)
- Original E-signature card of the authorized person in the Ministry of Labour
- Original Company Stamp
- Original Company Letter Head (5 Page)
